Overcoming life's hardship's is not always easy. No matter the hardship, their is a light at the end of the tunnel. No matter how grim it may seem at the moment. Everyone must find their own inner belief or faith and use that faith as your strength.
Many people seem to lose faith when times are the bleakest. These are the times that you will need your faith the most. Do not make the mistake of giving up on God. He has not given up on you or you would not be here.
Whatever your religion or belief, hard times are when faith and spirituality will provide you with what you need. Trust me when I say, you will survive. If you have faith.
Life to me is just a test to see if we are worthy of a better after life. For many, that is heaven. How many times did your faith falter in the hardest times of your life? Or were those the times that you clung to your faith and was driven to strive even harder? Think about it.
What you do now, everyday of your life...
Effects everyone around you and sends out a wave of effects throughout others they come in contact with and so on and so on. What kind of wave do you want to send out?
Does living a good life when your older sound good to you? Then you need to take care of your spirituality now. It all boils down to how you live your life now. Do you live in turmoil? Then your future will be full of turmoil. Do you try to do something good or being respectful and considerate to those around you? If so then your future will be bright and full of peace.
It's like planting a seed, whatever you plant will grow. Your mind and spirit is the same. What ever you plant in your mind and spirit will grow. If you plant evil, evil will grow. If you plant good, goodness will grow
. Have you ever heard the old saying, "what goes around, comes around'? Well, that is Karma. In a round about sense, what you put out in the world, comes back to you. (So, be careful what you do now, it will come back!)
You may
not have family or friends that you can reach out to in time of need.
Many of us are left feeling desperate, lonely and without many choices. You do have a choice. There are many ways to get through these
unbearable times.
Church is a good place to start. It doesn't cost anything to attend church, or at least it didn't use to. If church isn't for you, prayer at home is a great place to start.
I may also suggest a therapist. There are great people out there that can help. You may actually be in need of medication to help you through these chaotic times. Don't be embarrassed or ashamed, many others have had to medicate briefly.
You would be surprised where you can find a compassionate ear. Sometimes just talking to someone helps ease the stress. People you meet every day can help. Your neighbor, your grocer, your heat and ac guy, your doctor, even your Realtor.
The whole world is not against you, although it may seem to be most times. If you look around, there are some out there that still listen to what you have to say and actually care what your needs are. Compassion and passion is not completely dead.
It just needs to be revived. Smile at a stranger. Open a door for someone. Let someone else have your seat. Let that car out in front of you. Send a wave of goodness out and watch it come back.
